We ship, once a week, a consolidated box to our Miami rep. Then all orders
are distributed with USPS all items to their respective addresses. The
expected time for receiving the online purchased items may take up to
21 days, exclusive holidays and weekends.
Weekends and Holidays are excluded in shipping time frames. Vadavas® can not
guarantee shipping times. The times given by the USPS are estimates. Once your item is in the mail, I have no control over when you receive it. However, if you have problems receiving your item, please contact me and I'll do all I can to HELP you find your package.
Shipping is free in the USA. All other international countries there is an additional fee of $18 per shipping.
CUSTOMS/VAT FEES:
**International customers are responsible for all customs, VAT and brokerage fees assessed by your country.**
We are required by Federal Law to write the accurate item price and mark our customs forms as Merchandise.
If you live outside the US and do not wish to pay customs fees, please let us know right away that you would like to cancel your order. We will not falsify the customs form, mark the contents as a 'gift' or lie about the value of the contents. All of these things are a Federal Offense. Please do not ask us to break the law.

I am so happy with my bracelet. It is beautiful and I am definitely going to buy more. I was just sad that the items seem to have gotten lost with my post office but you guys did a great job of sending a replacement quickly and easily so thank you for that. I love my new bracelet.
My obsession with these bracelets began with my Son and daughter-in-law bringing me one home as a gift from their honeymoon. They gave me the green one as their daughter Sophia was coming in May and that is the birth stone color for that month. I then need to represent the other grands with the 3 others. Well I have a new grand coming in May and I went to see what I may pick out for that new little being, and I saw the Princess Sophia, so that prompted me to purchase again. I will be back again very soon!

I had purchased for my friends and myself. I had imagined that the stones would be a bit larger and round but nevertheless the colors are beautiful and we still love them.
I lost my mother-daughter bracelet on a trip to FL and was pretty upset since I purchased matching bracelets for both of us in Aruba. I emailed Vadavas in the hopes that I could order a new one. Danny Biemans immedately responded and Vadavas recreated my original mother-daughter bracelet and shipped it out that week. It's beautiful and I absolutely love it!! I love this turtle bracelet. I wanted to purchase it while I was on a cruise stop in Aruba this January. Unfortunately I did not have my credit card pin on me and not enough USD in cash, so I ordered online. This bracelet is so tender and yet so sturdy, the turtle is small but hey it shines. And it is a constant reminder of my 1-day vacation in Aruba, so it brings back very fond memories. I have told friends about Vadavas and both I and they would love to order something, but I had to pay USD 15 on top of the USD 18 postal charges. So altogether the bracelet cost me USD 35 + 18 + 15=68,00 USD That is excessive! I'm sure there is a marketplace in Europe for Vadavas and if I was Vadavas I would certainly explore that.

Beautiful bracelet! I know the stones have variations in color, however, I do wish it was a bit more ‘caramely’ as it does have a lot of pink tones. It does complement the other two that I have very nicely and I truly enjoy wearing all 3 together.

We traveled to Aruba and my daughters and I bought these bracelets!! They are absolutely beautiful and the quality is amazing. When we returned home, one of my daughters misplaced hers. I was in Aruba in April with my family. I told my granddaughters that I would buy us all bracelets when we found something we all liked . We came upon the Vadavas shop and knew we found the right store! So many beautiful bracelets and I just love the mission of the store! I bought 5 bracelets ( 3 grand daughter bracelets and one for me and my daughter). We all wore them at our next family gathering. Unfortunately my grand daughter broke hers.
